WHAT IS A REScheck REPORTS?
REScheck is a software-based compliance tool used to verify that residential buildings meet required energy codes. These reports outline how various aspects of your project—such as the building envelope, insulation, HVAC systems, and lighting—adhere to established energy efficiency standards.

REScheck: Geared toward residential construction, this reports help streamline the approval process by demonstrating that your project meets all applicable energy regulations.

REScheck REPORT PROCESS
Project Evaluation:
We begin by reviewing your architectural and engineering plans to understand the full scope of the project. During this stage, we identify all areas requiring energy code verification, including insulation, HVAC systems, lighting, and other efficiency-related components.
Energy Modeling & Report Preparation:
Using REScheck software, we develop an energy model of your project and generate a detailed compliance report. This document includes performance metrics, calculations, and recommendations for any needed adjustments.
Review & Final Report:
We go over the report with you, make any necessary updates, and then produce the finalized COMcheck or REScheck documentation. This completed report serves as your official proof of energy code compliance and can be submitted with permit applications.
Submission & Follow-Up:
We help submit the finalized report to the appropriate agencies and ensure all regulatory requirements are met. If applicable, we also assist with submitting additional documentation needed for energy-related incentives.
